TexITE Dallas’s own Brian Moen was awarded the 2019 TexITE Engineer of the Year! Brian has been an instrumental engineer in the advancement of technology in transportation, and a dedicated public servant with the City of Frisco for nearly two decades. Brian’s contributions to ITE include officer roles in both the Dallas Section and the Texas District. Brian is the immediate Past-President of TexITE and continues his contributions to the Section and the District to this day.
