Our March 2018 TexITE Dallas Section meeting will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Halff Associates in Richardson.

Online registration is due no later than 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 8th . Please click here to register for the meeting.

The presentation this month is on the Midtown Express Project Update and is being presented by Chris Hoff with Jacobs. The Midtown Express (SH 183 Managed Lanes Project) is an interim project that will increase the capacity and reconstruct portions of State Highway (SH) 183, SH 114 and Loop 12.

The lunch line will open at 11:30 AM and the presentation will begin shortly after noon. We will have a menu of BBQ beef, chicken, and VEGETARIAN LASAGNA from Eddie Deen’s BBQ.

The costs for the lunch are as follows:
$20 – Paid Section Member with RSVP
$25 – Non-Members (Or members who fail to RSVP)
$0 – Student

Please indicate names and membership status of each attendee when writing a corporate or group check.

Many people have RSVP’d for recent meetings without attending or paying. This causes us to spend Section funds on catering costs. To help keep meeting costs down in the future, registrants (including students) who select to “Pay at Door” may be invoiced if the registrant does not show up to the meeting and did not follow the cancellation instructions below.

If you have any questions, or if you know in advance that you need to cancel an RSVP, please contact Pamela Alummoottil at 214-740-6276 or dallas@texite.org by 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 8th.
