2026 – 2027 TexITE Dallas Scholarship

The Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) is an international membership association of transportation professionals who work to improve mobility and safety for all transportation system users and help build smart and livable communities.  As part of the Texas District of ITE (known as “TexITE”), the Greater Dallas Section provides local professionals in Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, Kaufman, and Ellis Counties with the knowledge, practices, skills, and connections to serve the needs of their communities and help shape the future of the profession and transportation in the societal context.

The Greater Dallas Section is pleased to announce scholarship eligibility requirements and deadlines for the 2026 – 2027 scholarship cycle. You can download all available information below:

Dallas TexITE Scholarship Application (2026)

Deadline: E-Mailed (preferred) or Postmarked no later than Friday, June 26th, 2026.

Scholarship Awards: One (non-renewable) scholarship for one academic year. Minimum award amount of $1,000 per winner. Higher amounts may be awarded at the discretion of the Board based on funding availability.

Degree Program: Registered as a full-time student in an undergraduate (Sophomore/Junior/Senior level) or postgraduate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) program at an accredited university. Preference will be given to applicants enrolled in at least one Traffic/Transportation Engineering or Transportation Planning related class.
