Secretary-Treasurer

Robert Caskey

Recognizing additional capacity in his own career corridor, he later earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Robert has managed the design of more than 70 new traffic signals, served as Chairman of the NCTCOG Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, helped maintain Frisco’s Bronze Bicycle Friendly Community designation, and presented at multiple TexITE meetings. He enjoys bringing people and projects together at the same intersection, keeping things coordinated, and finding the best route from a problem to a solution, preferably without a detour.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife of 13 years and their three boys, where congestion management is a daily exercise.
