Topic: “There’s no two ways about it”, McKinney and Cole can be converted back to Two-Way Operation
Speaker: Tyler Wacker – Kimley-Horn & Associates

Tyler Wacker is a project analyst with three years of experience providing traffic modeling, traffic operation analysis, and design services. He has successfully produced two-way conversion feasibility studies, private development traffic impact analyses, and bicycle facility conceptual design. Tyler has experience in helping private developers, municipalities, and public improvement districts with traffic operation studies and bicycle concept planning. He has completed the McKinney and Cole Avenue Two-Way Conversion and Knox Street Comprehensive Studies and the Union Trail Bicycle Connection between Katy Trail and Klyde Warren Park.

The costs for the lunch are as follows:
$20 – Paid Section Member with RSVP
$25 – Non-Members (Or members who fail to RSVP)
$0 – Student

The lunch line will open at 11:30 AM and the presentation will begin shortly after noon. We will have a menu of BBQ beef, chicken, and VEGETARIAN LASAGNA from Eddie Deen’s BBQ.
